Welcome to experiencing a series of six sessions focused on helping participants strengthen their mental fitness, build resilience, and grow the mental and behavioural flexibility to respond effectively in the face of challenges and change.

HCP Wellbeing Programme

The subjects that will be covered over the six sessions are as follows:

Session 1: Breathwork for emotional resilience – 8th September 2021 – 13:00-14:00

Session 2: Sleep, rest and energy management

Session 3: Self-awareness and choice (overcoming self-sabotage)

Session 4: Building resilience

Session 5: Social support and relationships

Session 6: Building mental and behavioural flexibility
